1. Tuna and avocado salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of tuna in olive oil
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley

Preparation:

Mix the drained tuna, diced avocado, and chopped tomato in a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Gently stir.

Serving:

Serve with slices of toasted bread for a light, refreshing meal.
